Fettucine Alfredo

1 lb. Fettuccine
1 stick of butter
3 c. heavy cream
½ c. Fontina cheese
½ c. imported Romano or Parmesan cheese
Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste




Cook Fettuccine according to package with a little oil in the water so fettuccine does not stick together. In another pot melt butter. Add heavy cream and cheeses. Add seasoning to taste. Mix cream mixture with cooked pasta. Reserve some cream sauce to put on top of the pasta. (If mixture is not thick enough, mix a little cornstarch or flour with a little milk. Add to cream mixture and cook a little longer.)
