Crazy Chocolate Cake

Crazy Chocolate Cake
Dry ingredients:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
¼ c. Hershey's Cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
¾ c. vegetable oil
2 c. cold water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together dry ingredients into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Make 3 holes in sifted ingredients. Mix vanilla, vinegar, and vegetable oil and pour into holes.
Pour in 2 cups cold water and blend all together with a fork, until flour is blended. DO NOT BEAT. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
After cake is cooled, frost with
Stay Soft Icing
(use Hershey's Cocoa variation, for chocolate frosting).
